Disable the VPn
if you have VPN disable it. IP is blocked
i don't have one on though

so what dns do i change to

if your Dynamic IP is blocked then you can get rid of this issue like this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order one after another.

reboot the router wait for it to get connected to internet then reboot the pc
