It's an FPS counter. I don't recognise which one you have but GeForce experience overlays one on my screen

If you have GeForce experience and it is that app overlaying it, doing Alt+R should disable it. If its not geforce experience, I'm not sure but see what other apps you have open

what gpu do you have? I believe msi afterburner has a performace overlay

I didn't think so but it might be an old version, not used afterburner that much
I guess it could also be rivatuner with odd settings, Overwolf or Rainmeter maybe?

I legit only have val steam adn discord with no other apps other than radeon amd stuff

send ss of task manager, might be a process like overwolf or razer cortex that didn't show up in the system tray. i have that issue sometimes

i've got it installed, give me a sec to play around with the settings to see if it is armoury

Strange that its disappeared. I was doing some searching and the fraps counter does look very simillar although i couldn't get it working
It just be something abt radeon
could be, i think old versions of razer cortex had something simillar as i used to have a performance counter that looked similar
