Experiencing delivery failed with email routing
Hello, I'm having trouble with email routing. I always get a Delivery Failed result, and the Rejected reason is [Unknown error: permanent error (554): 5.7.1 rejected by rspamd filter] for destination addresses of protonmail.com, and [Unknown error: permanent error (550): 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Helo domain is listed in Spamhaus] for outlook.com, could anyone please help me?

Sounds like ProtonMail is rejecting it since it fails their spam checks. I'm not familiar with ProtonMail but perhaps there's a way for you to bypass it/allow it through anyway.
Sadly Email Forwarding has that sort of risk everywhere, everyone has their own spam filters, and email forwarding breaks spf, etc, I wouldn't use it for critical emails.

Hey thanks for replying. I managed to get it forwarded by reconfiguring the mx and txt record several times, but the mail routing service is still very unstable
I do not have any issues at the moment
