Account locked
Hello, my account was locked for no reason, I just wanted to play as usual... So I contacted support who made me fill out a quiz to get it back, after filling it out the support told me that they had sent a email to change my password so I change it. I think it's good but when I reconnect to my account I still get the same problem "unable to launch locked account"..:val_KekwSob: help me, i dont see my request in the support too... I WANNA PLAYY

All support requests are duplicated by email, you can also send your messages by replying to a message in the mail.
If you have problems accessing the ticket even in this way, you can create a new Riot Account and send a request from it.
Alas, the only way out for you is support, no one can help you here.

Then just wait, the support will definitely respond to you as soon as they check all the data. If your problem persists, you can let them know so that they can double-check the data.
