Can anyone explain to me why my ping increases for NO REASON

I usually play on hong kong server with about 60ping, but SOMETIMES i get 140 ping for no reason and the only way to fix is either reconnecting by unplugging and plugging my LAN or just quiting and restarting valorant.

try this 
Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
