Webhook to HTTP - Please help l;

I'm trying to set up a flow in Cloudflare, i'll be getting 10k requests a day ( minimum ) so I want a way to be able to have a solid structure where I accept data from a webhook, send that data to an AI Agent, and then return the response and post it back to the user Does anyone know how to set it uP?!?
