I was unfairly banned by the anticheat system

A few days ago I started playing Battlebiit, I confess that I really liked the game and I've been having a lot of fun playing it, but recently my account was banned during a game...
I only have 7 hours of play and I'm learning how to play, I haven't used any third party/illegal program, but I'm coming to this email to ask you to re-evaluate the ban on my account!
I am available for any clarification about what happened, to help you in the evaluation process.
I really enjoyed the game and want to play it again as soon as possible.
