Lenovo Legion Go extend partition

I am wondering if its possible to extend the partition that I originally created. I started with 300gb for bazzite but I think I would rather have most of the SSD be partitioned for bazzite and leave a bit for updates for windows and lenovo. I also am wondering if its possible to move files that are currently saved on the windows portion too the bazzite portion of the ssd

Resizing the partitions is possible, but rather tricky. It requires you to boot a OS off USB, and modify + move partitions while booted off that USB. The "easiest" workaround is to free up more space on Windows, and then create a data-only partition that is auto mounted and usable by Steam in Bazzite, etc As for moving emudeck files, id imagine that it's possible Bazzite has a built-in NTFS driver, so you can temporarily mount the windows drive and copy stuff over Be careful with that though, it's possible to accidentally corrupt the NTFS partition if you do something unsupported

I see, I was thinking that I could also delete the bazzite partitions on windows then recreate it with bigger space or is that not recommended? I'm just not sure how to go about the information you gave:beagle_failing_builds:

Oh yeah, if you don't mind reinstalling Bazzite, that would be best

when partitioning it again, it is saying that there are too many fragments error code 4642 ERR_NTFS_TOO_MANY_FRAGMENTS currently defragging the system

Yeah, either defrag, or delete some files on windows

Yep this worked out, thank you! Had to fix the drive as well through check partition from the partition app
