Quickly read through the documentation, and it all states penalties for competitive play like Deathmatch, Comp, Unrated, etc.
Through, there has been some people claiming to be penalized for being in 1v1 custom games from 2021. I could not find any recent ones. So, in short, probably not? I’m not sure though
