A trivial letter to VALORANT
Hello, I've been playing VALORANT since last year. VALORANT brings me joy in gaming, and I've even made many friends through it. It has become a part of my daily life. However, starting from last month, my account was suddenly accessed from a different location, and the person who accessed it used cheats, resulting in my account being banned. You can check that the IP address used to log into the game at that time was different and from a distant location. Although I am a player from China, I have appealed many times without any response. I hope the officials at VALORANT can seriously help me resolve this issue. I have not only invested money in VALORANT, but also my time, friendships within the game, and my love for VALORANT.
I hope you can seriously address the problem I cannot solve myself because players are the most important part of the game. Even if that player seems insignificant, they are still a part of what makes VALORANT.

Because I'm a player from China, and Tencent is the agent here, Riot has forwarded my issue to Tencent, but Tencent is not helping me.

Riot has passed the issue to Tencent, but Tencent hasn't been able to resolve it. OMG, it feels like I'm stuck in a loop now.
