So, the specific Cloudflare server, which i use to connect to hypixel, is having some loss on the MRT
Cloudflare is responding, you sure the host is online or not having problems?

The trace-route shows CloudFlare not having any loss of packets.
5th hop and up is experiencing issues, so it's maybe ISP or host issue.
