I have a friend who is playing in Miami servers and I am in Miami but being forced on to georgia servers which doesnt allow me to play with him

you cant play with somebody that isnt in your region. so both of you must have an EU account, or both an NA, or whatever region.

you can theroretically make a new account using a vpn
I had to set my VPN to costa rica when I made my latam account, mexico isn't far south enough to be counted lol
