Hm might be the RTT jitters

to be fair they do coincide are my frames low? sometimes in real games im getting less frames than my 165hz which is really annoying

Disable ipv6 Set dns to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4

Then do this

Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
