Wrangler cli login after auth returns “Expired! Auth code or refresh token needs to be renewed.

I tried npx wrangler login or npx wrangler dev --remote in a local node.js wrangler environment. After logging in correctly via browser, i get Expired! Auth code or refresh token needs to be renewed. - I am using npm "wrangler": "^3.0.0" Nobody responds in github issues. 2 relevant to this: - https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/5414 - https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/5260 also nobody is responding is community channel - https://community.cloudflare.com/t/wrangler-login-after-auth-returns-expired-auth-code-or-refresh-token-needs/634138 Can someone please asist? I want to preview run workers locally and this used to work and no longer does. How do I fix this? There are no docs on clearing tokens. Any tips are welcome!
