buying glasses by frame size?
I want to get a few more pairs of glasses, maybe using a direct to consumer glasses company but I worry they won't fit my head. The pair I like now has the frame size listed (46 20/140) and my old pair has their size (49 20/147) but I don't know how to turn that a good purchase. I can/have looked up the numbers but this is new to me. (Lens width, bridge width/temple length).
Any advice?

your best bet is gonna be to try them on in person, there’s so many factors in terms of the shape of the bridge and how it meets your nose, the color and how it complements your skin tone etc
however most websites you can search by lens width and bridge width so if you are trying to look online try that
