Account password is not working, Forgot password not sending a password reset.
I need to speak to cloudflares account team, as my account seems to be compromised by their ongoing breach. How do I get in touch with a specialist?

What do you mean on going breach? You mean the outage incident?
Its apperently a breach. My account being compromised right at the breach and now the server we run has had multiple brute force attacks. The public IP we use has not been input anywhere else. There only one place it could have been compromised. Cloudflare.
Were resetting the public IP but how do I get in touch with the account team? I need that account deleted.
Or remedied.
If it’s an IPv4 then they are scanned regularly so it’s common to have them brute forced if they are publicly accessible.

Ive been in security for 20 years my guy. Ive done this. The reset email is not making it to the original email.
The forgoten email does though. It may be an issue with the API but were definitly not recieving the reset.
I have created a new account. Our DNS records have been changed to IPv4 addresses. Im resetting and theyre verifying ownership atm.
