When ever I try opening valorant I get the above error message. The error code is VAL 59.
I have tried so many common fixes like reinstalling vanguard & valorant, restarting pc, flushing/renewing dns, changing dns, etc. but none seem to work.

have you tried starting the game with admin?
this happneed to me and i had to start my game with admin and now it works
it may be a privacy issue
