Don't think so. I think it's exactly what OP needs
Perhaps the one thing that's not covered, is the 3s part. Not sure if you can modify smooth scrolling to take 3 seconds.
pretty sure you need something like framer (or a lot of complicated hand-written JS) if you want that to take 3 seconds
but then OP worded this like they're dumping a question on an AI assistant, so maybe it's not really necessary to really take 3 seconds and they just mean smooth scrolling?
More like... give me the answer in 3 seconds? Haha
I'm guessing "3s" is an arbitrary amount of time higher than instant, but only OP will know for sure
yup, but it is possible to re-write with js as well
even jquery could do this easily
