Can i refund my skin if its been used and its been over 14days?
I remember hearing that there was a way to refund guns that were used already but on the website it says only ones that were unused

yes you can refund a gun that you upgraded once in the past 90 days
go to there website to refund, if it doesn’t show up try to open a help ticket and choose the correct subjects to put the ticket under

Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.
