which backened language is a good and an easy way
the fact that you're asking this tells me you know nothing about the backend, there is barely any difference between how it would be done in each language but if you don't know even the basics of it you're better off using a service that handles this for you otherwise all you're going to do is copy and paste code from a rando tutorial hoping it works

for something as simple as a contact form that has a thousand solutions out there for you to use you want to learn backend? fine, then pick one and learn it makes no difference which one you pick no such thing as "best" backend language, so if you pick randomly you'll be just fine

if you know JS then go for NodeJS to make it easier for you to learn like I said, a form service usebasin.com elformo whatever you can find that fits your needs

limited of course, nothing in life is free but you don't need anything even close to unlimited they usually have like a "50 per month" limit or something similar, which is plenty for a small website and if you were to use a backend you'd have to host it anyway so might as well just pay for the non-free versions instead
