Is a VPN bannable?
I found out from Riot support that the reason my Voice Chat doesn't work is because of the fact that I'm in Egypt. Can I use a VPN to circumvent this, and can I get banned for doing so?

I forgot I can just reply to the email...
since it's banned in ur country in the first place, I don't think it is legal to avoid the restriction using VPNs
they may just leave u doing that, but it's not legal to do(in laws)
So is it possible to change my Region / Country without leaving Egypt?
And will I have to make another account for it / reset my current one?
