And show a photo
here
Press win+r
Enter: tpm.msc
And show a photo
You do not have tpm enabled
but your pc supports it
Then why did this shows up
Because it must be enabled
How do I do that
Do you know how to enter your bios?
shift + restart
then i choose somthing UEFI
Yup
ok ima do that
f10 now??
Yes
as you can see its enabled
then i go back and same error
Can you press tpm device and show me the options
Turn it off and back on 👍
Apparently it should be enabled
already
You can also clear TPM keys
i did
Now save and exit
^
Do this back in windows
again
Did you update your bios recently?
yes i did
It may just be glitched
You may have to actually just turn it off and enter Windows
Go back to your bios when in windows and turn it back on
wdym?
^
so bios again
yes
And turn it off
ok
Tpm state: off
for me its hidden
?
In your last screenshot it was available did you change it?
it was available
i didnt do anything
How are you exiting your bios?
Are you sure you're exiting while saving?
by save and exit
so now i disable it
Yes
Save and exit
then boot into windows
yes
wait
Yup
Good
if it doesnt work i think its the hardware problem
the chip might have worked before but now its dead ig...
ok i booted
now tpm.msc
No
Just go back to your bios
And turn it back on
ummm
it automatically enabled itself
hm
You could try setting your bios to factory settings
this???
i mean the only thing i changed was to enable secure boot
Just follow the instructions to save the changes
It's just a security feature implemented
i did
it booted
same error
hardware problem i think pc cant find it, even in device manager there is TPM 2.0 set as hidden
Is it enabled right now?
yes
it was grey
when i set it to factory settings
only clear tpm was set to no
Make sure secure boot is enabled, csm is disabled, tpm state is enabled
@Saucywan update
I think its a hardware problem cause when i go to msinfo32 and go to device smth it tells PCR7 binding not supported
You may want to contact hp
i did
i didnt get any response from them whats taking them so long
