cant install 1.1.1.1 vpn

I need some help. One of my friends has a minecraft server and all of a sudden my computer network is routing my connection completely wrong so he said to install 1.1.1.1 vpn to fix the routing and now every time i try to install it i get this windows defender screen, i hit run anyway and get this error message. I just wanna play silly block game with my friends
