i have drops fps
and i cant do strech res
when i stayed at windows my fps was small higer
but he was stable

Windows uses different driver as Linux, it can vary from operating system...
do you play counter-strike by any chance?
i feel like this is something only counter-strike players do lol
anyways yeah you already have the AMD drivers
if the framerate is worse than on windows with a particular game, then it's the game not running as well on the linux desktop vs windows
also how application windows react to your display is completely different on linux compared to windows. im not sure if you can play with 4:3 stretched or whatever
