Hello guys plz help i am facing a problem .
I am getting temporary suspended daily for entring the match 1 min late. Plz help me to escape this matrix. Plz I facing this issue from a week. :val_KekwSob:

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.

I have submit tickets 3 times but no response... 💔

well you most likely won't get unbanned by submitting a ticket for this
and there isn't anything we can do here for you
there are stuff you can attempt like defragmenting your HDD or optimizing it a bit by doing some tweaks in windows but in general you pretty much need an SSD to play this game to avoid bans
Yeah but it started happening now earlier there was not any problem.
Now it get stuck at loading screen.
But I have only one request that reset this suspension cycle atleast one time.
And I didn't even go afk in compi..
we don't have those permissions, only the support staff do and as its a fair suspension the odds are pretty low it gets removed, especially since its just a 1 day ban
you can try troubleshooting it using the stuff I mentioned but there isn't a whole lot that can be done about loading times
But after 1 day when again I I'll play the game and enter 1-2 round later again I will get suspend for 24 hours so basically I m trapped

here is a list of things you can check and see if it improves the loadtimes:
- Defragmenting the HDD
- Upping the Shader Cache or enabling it if its disabled
- Monitoring using task manager on deathmatches for example to figure out which part of the pc is causing it
- Disabling background programs that may be impacting the hightened usage
- Update the GPU drivers in case its a driver issue
- Upping the virtual memory of the computer or clearing the cache using ISLC to ensure its not a memory issue
- Disable search indexing and other features that use your HDD
- Make sure the HDD is in AHCI mode
- Disable windows search as it uses the HDD in the background
- Disable superfetch which can cause slower loading times on slow HDDs
- Disable antiviruses including windows defender real time and see if that helps with loading times
