Valo keeps saying restart needed.
When i open the client it always says restart pc but when i do it doesnt go away. Yes i have uninstalled vanguard many times.

Open cmd as admin
Enter:
sc query vgc
Then enter: sc query vgk
Send a photo
For the top one it looks like you added "message" to it
Just enter
Open task manager
Go to startup
Find Vanguard
And make sure it's set to enabled
it was enabled

Did you have to set it to enabled?

download autoruns from the sysinternal suite
ok now what?
Find anything having to do with vanguard and recheck (retick) it
will i have to restart my pc again?
