Just wondering whats best for peformance would be most optimal if you could send your AMD settings

freesync can actually introduce latency if the game renders higher fps than the display.
You'll want to focus on settings that actually improve whatever performance you want to increase.

What if I have a anti-lag setting?
Sure. Use it.
The freesync thing is just that technical if you enable freesync, if the driver needs to limit frames (if you're rendering more frames than the refresh rate) you're effectively using vsync which introduces system latency.
But the anti lag or low latency settings. Use them.
