Similar issue when trying to install other things.

Sounds like a network issue to me, on all parts
you maxing out your bandwidth or something?
It's 2:35AM so I doubt that
it was consistently downloading above 100kb/s so it doesn't seem like it was struggling?
If the issue occurs after a reboot, try changing your DNS
I suggest 1.1.1.1 (CloudFlare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google)
