Custom domain with Proxy = "The page isn’t redirecting properly"
When using "Set up custom domain" it automatically creates a record in Cloudflare DNS, and it enables Cloudflare Proxy on that record.
This seems like a good idea, and is an expected result.
But it doesn't work. It leads to "The page isn’t redirecting properly". And I really don't understand why.
But disabling Proxy makes it work.
Is there any reason why Proxy shouldn't be enabled for Pages sites? I assume it should work since it enables it by default.

Proxy does work, something else is messed.
What's the URL?
Go to Trace on the account level, and enter the URL there. See what it hits.
Magic Link: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/trace/search
My domain was already hosted on Cloudflare DNS before btw, so this is not a brand new domain
This is it https://thnee.se/
What's your SSL/TLS Encryption mode (Under SSL/TLS -> Overview in your website in the dashboard)? Should be Full (Strict), not "Off"
Thank you. I guess I must have turned that off many years ago when the domain was hosted elsewhere.
No worries, yea Pages is HTTPS only and gets very upset when you try to request http to it/will redirect back
