Cannot Create New Site
My account keeps saying that i have an unpaid bill but when i look at the add site view it shows that i have paid all bills and i keep getting an error code 1323. I have given all details in a ticket and i haven't been answered in 24 hours. i pay for pro. i need to create a site!

They're currently doing a big billing migration: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/89x6166p8kjh, which is likely related, and also why your ticket is slow/quite a few other people reporting the same issue
and there is no way to dismiss that error that is totally blocking me from creating a new site? surely there must be another way aside from using a different provider
The system thinks you have an overpaid invoice, and thus your account is restricted until that's dealt with. A billing ticket would be able to resolve it, it's likely related to that migration though if you don't have any that you can see, which are unpaid
What's the ticket #? Not sure if there's much we can do about those, if it's already flagged for billing you just need to wait out the queue as far as I know, but would be helpful for us to track
