Riot client login bug

I have a bug which I cant login my riot account I tried to run riot client as administrator or reset my dns but it didnt work

try this 
Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access" 

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
