i have minecraft server which has a specific there own ip and port, they allow to change ip with NS but the problem is i want that player can join the SMP with my custom IP without using port

You can use a SRV record for Java minecraft to let players connect only specifying your hostname, and auto connecting to an alt port.

(of course, creating them in CF/using Cf's interface, not porkbun, but other then that their guide is right)
