Cleaning a tarnished Tin necklace
Hey - title's pretty much the whole thing. I have a tin necklace/pendant I wear a lot, it's a few years old and it's gotten tarnished. Any advice for polishing it?

Here's the necklace btw. Tarnish isn't too bad but it's a little more obvious on the sides/back
Tbh warm soapy water followed by a quick pat dry might do it, since the tarnishing is minimal.
A paste of 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1/4 cup flour can be used for tricky spots. Mix it, apply, let sit for half an hour, and gently wipe it off.
Autosol could be used if the tarnishing is extreme but depending on the metal comp it might be a bit strong.
Whatever you use, avoid harsh scrubby pads or toothbrushes. Tin is soft and scratches easily.
Excellent thanks
I tried the warm water and soap already so I'll give the vinegar/flour mix a try
