i’m trying to play valorant and i just got unhardware banned nobody is answering me on riot and i keep getting perm suspended anyone know why?

did riot confirm you got unhardware banned?
why UNhardware isnt it just hardware bann?
a hardware ban usally gets pardoned after 4months
but why is there un infront of hardware
