Why is my valorant stuck on updating? It hasn't done anything for days
Hey guys, I just wanted to get some help trying to actually load up valorant. I haven't played in a couple of weeks, and since then a new update has come out. I tried updating it, but it's just been stuck there with the loading icon. There hasn't been any progress despite waiting a full day to load, and I've tried
- Restarting PC
- Redownloading Valorant (including Vanguard and Riot itself)
- Updating my GeForce Experience Drivers
- Logging out and back in
- Repairing game files
- This hasn't even gone through, i tried repairing but it still hasn't even started (picture attached)
Does anyone have any clue what I could do here?

Please disable your firewall, and antivirus
And try the update again
the update still did not work
Can you show me that your firewall and antivirus is turned off

That's only for a private network
Windows by default uses a public network scheme

(I have no idea why the icons is missing)
But open that
Click this in the right side

Then set firewall state to off press apply then OK and then close the firewall window

Okay, I did it, still not updating
btw thanks so much for helpnig

Please press win + r. Then, enter msinfo32. Then, send a photo of the app that opens

Are you using a custom version of windows?
I believe so
Would that make a difference if it hasn't in the past?
Are you using one currently?
tbh I just inherited this one
my brother (previous owner), said that he thinks its some sort of demo version
which would makes sense because of the activate windows watermark
I see
Open cmd as admin
Enter:
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
"An error has occurred setting the element data.
The value is protected by Secure Boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted."
Try to update your game and show me the entire riot client

Hey, I don't want to bother you, but just wanted to know if you've seen this message (I imagine you're probably sleeping right now though)
I see
Open cmd as admin
Enter: sfc /scannow
