Access not granted UNABLE TO REGISTER TWITCH WEBHOOKS

I tried multiple times, computer restarts, other device sign ins, nothing. I checked if the OverlayExpert twitch account was banned, and it wasn't, nothing is banned on my channel. I can add the overlay from twitch's side, but without being able to sign in using twitch I don't know if it will work if i stream. I can sign in with youtube, but for some reason twitch won't work.
