Valorant Poem
The weight of the world on our shoulders,
The blinding flashes getting closer.
We are runnin' outta time,
Gotta make it out alive.
The seconds, one by one, tickin away,
This isn't the end for me today.
Goin into the gates of hell,
Stickin to the plan, too close to tell
One goes down- then two, then three
My team's all gone, it's up to me
I don't want these to be my last words,
Can't be forgotten-is this all I'll be?
Feet stuck to the floor, head is spinning,
The other team, standing there grinning.
I don't want to see what happens when it's over, Sticking the defuse, my blood getting colder
One rushes in, another one follows,
The bullets fly, the time narrows,
What choice do I make, sacrificing all I knew,
Don't want this to be the day that I die for you.
3 more to go, got nothin left to lose,
But then I remember what I promised you-
"Live or die its yours to choose"
"But don't let your fear control you."
Halfway there, footsteps behind,
Looking for a gun of some kind-
My blood boiling, I slowly stand,
Turn around and know I'm damned.
I pull the trigger, take them down,
And run to my death, seconds left-
I hold 4, pray for my life,
Then everything stops, and I open my eyes.
