Unfair permaban and HWID ban
i just got banned on 2 of my valorant accs for third party software use, one of them was acc i was lvling up (swiftplay only, fully my account created by me and i intended to play on it myself, become an legend#5430) other one was my main ive had since ep 3 (wallet wont fold#drain) , only third party app i can think of was a vpn and i dont think thats bannable? any help would be highly appreciated

To clarify, i had just gotten off a game on become an legend account and after a few minutes i got some alert message and when i tried reopening the game i got perma banned

ive created lots of tickets i only get auto replies and bots, i get that ppl posting their bans is annoying and repetitive but i have to try
understandable. however, in this discord server the mods arent riot employees. and the riot employees on the server 1) dont all work for support and 2) dont help on discord but in official support only :OKAY:

Definitely something like "I got hacked and when I retrieved it was banned so I'm false banned" 🌚 might work but once in your lifetime
