error message when trying to buy vp

I've been getting this error message when trying to buy valorant points for weeks now. I've tried restarting the client, logging in and out, restarting my computer, doing ip resets through command prompts, but nothing is working. I really want to get it to work by the end of the day cause my favourite skin is in the shop for me, but, I can't purchase the valorant points to get it.
