We can't help with T&S things here, no T&S employees or anything.
I would imagine the issue may not be T&S related but billing related or something else.
If you're posting this/emailed them because you tried adding a Custom Domain, check to see if you have any unpaid or partially paid invoices, a common cause which is easy to fix.
Otherwise looks like they just want you to ticket. Not sure if there's more context in there then what you've given us here.
