I make a ticket because I got false afk banned and it got closed after like 15 mins maybe

Try going to the “my tickets” tab here:
https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests
Alternatively you can still respond to the ticket by using the email you should’ve received when making the ticket
