Not sure what you are asking for here
If you are asking for the default ResolutionQuality it’s at 100.000000 by default but I’m assuming you are trying to gain some FPS by going a bit lower
yeah i have a low end
I can get 60 but it drops to 40-50-30

Are these numbers referring to your FPS? Like are you saying that at 60 resolution quality you are experiencing FPS drops from 50-30fps?

I would probably say 80 with image sharpening on or 60 if you really want the extra fps
It seems like you have already lowered it extremely far and it may be better to look into other places for saving fps

You may want to look into some other ways of increasing your frames by doing OS or Game setting tweaks
Or play on 800×600 like me
Lowering this won’t help you a whole lot and after a while you won’t even be able to tel what’s on the screen

Do like jidat said and drop to a lower screen resolution for more fps if you haven’t already

Look into other popular tweaks and make sure your hardware is set to run at its intended speeds i.e cpu is on boost clock and ram has xmp on
You mean the resolution?
You don’t typically have to stretch the desktop to stretch the game but it can eliminate the super long tab out wait times if you don’t want those
So it’s up to you if you want to only stretch the game or if you want to stretch both
