toxic matches
Idk why but I keep getting into matches with toxic people, how do I stop that?

There is nothing you can really do to prevent getting into matches with toxic players :val_Sadge:
How ever please whenever you encounter this type of behavior report them immediately to Riot (you can do so in-game or at Riot's support page https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and mute them. It's better to just ignore them instead of listening to their comments (you can do this by pressing ESC and it will bring up a menu, there will be a tab called "Allow Communications" there you can untick Team Voice and Text Chat, and they will be muted.

When you play, find players who aren't toxic and send them friend requests. Eventually, you'll have enough non-toxic in-game friends to allow you to at least 2 or 3 stack instead of depending on the matchmaker.
Change server
It worked for me... changing from Mumbai server to Singapore server was a great choice

If you add them from games during times when you usually play, you'll eventually have in-game friends who are online while you usually play.
you cant stop it, but you can react to it effectively
