how do we report bought/boosted accounts??
cus i heard that buying and selling of accounts is against the TOS so im helping the game to be a better place

You can do so in-game by pressing ESC and a menu will appear, you find the user you want to report and it should be a report button. You can also report players via Riot’s support page.
