Press win+r on keyboard
Type msinfo32
Show ss of the app that opens
Nvm I found it
Restart ur pc and as its starting, spam the Del key on ur keyboard to get into the bios
And show me a photo

Go to boot
And show me a photo
Open secure boot at the bottom
And show photo

Set secure boot mode to custom
And restore factory keys
It might ask u to quit without saying
