My acc says doesnt meet requirements when i try to play valo. Anyone know why?

I got it back last week from being hacked, and got opportunity to play on it today, and it said that it didnt meet the requirements to play
do win + r and type msinfo32
and show me a pic

open cmd as admin and type
shutdown /r /fw
then it will ask you to restart
you press restart

won't fix it but okay..
Shut down you computer
Press the power button while spamming the delete key on your keyboard
go to the bios tab and then disable csm support
go to save and exit
repeat first two steps
go to boot then select and enable secure boot
save and restart and ur issue should be fixed
you also need to change from standard to custom
