It's the same if you left a job midyear for another job with UHC
during the one month overlap you'll see two companies

This is fine. An insurance company won’t rat you out. To them this is no different than someone who has two plans because their spouse also has insurance through them. Ratting you out is also a HIPAA grey area and no one wants to be the trailblazer who gets nailed in court.
