log-in not working
So my friend had this error yesterday, and we tried a bunch of different stuff like changing admin, firewall, etc. (im not really that smart for stuff like this). We ended up uninstalling/reinstalling everything yesterday, vanguard and client, and it worked but for some reason it happened again today. My friends not banned as I myself can log-in through my own client. What else can be done?

they use google as their log in
i asked them to try their riot user instead may it be the problem, but they said that even the user doesnt work

did u install vanguard first and then valorant or how was it uninstalled

then the launcher!

yes you'll ahve to scroll a bit. Also when its running, go to details and it should say vgx or smth, try force enable it

You can do that just by clicking run as administrator instead of changing it to do that bc then it will do that all the time

but its the third time, so im pretty sure nothings being fixed

* end all val/riot related tasks
* force enable vgx in details
* disable wifi and re-enable/connect to differnet wifi network
uh before you disappear, i have a friend also with a similar problem but instead they get another error called van 68
but its the exact same thing happening to my friend now

so van68 is an error code i can work with !
So van 68 is an issue relating to riot not being able to understnad what games you own and what files yuou have etc.
so for that there are a lot of things that could be wrong so id reccomend just submitting a ticket on tehir actual website

1: Open task manager find anything related to riot client click on it then end task
2: Check if your valorant is running as admin
Right click>> properties>>compatibility
3: Win+r then type %localappdata%
Find riot games folder and delete it
4: Open cmd as admin type ipconfig /flushdns
