<MISSING STRING TABLE ENTRY>
When i open the game the missing string table entry pops up when i try to play i would just get stuck on the loading screen

game files are missing or corrupted or misplaced
repair game in RIOT CLIENT
I tried but it says "ur game is good to go,no repair is needed"

I cant uninstall it from the control panel

That depends on which graphics card you have, for NVIDIA go here: https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx then enter your GPU & OS details or alternatively use GeForce experience to update.
For AMD go here: https://www.amd.com/en/support then install the drivers.
For intel go here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html use either the automatic tool or manually find it

Download the English (US) GeForce Game Ready Driver for Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 systems. Released 2024.3.5
Once it has finished downloading simply start the file and let it run, afterwards it should ask if you want GeForce experience or just the driver but this is up to you if you want it or not. You can use the express install version to save time for now, if you want to clean up your graphics drivers you can reinstall the driver at a later date.
Keep in mind your monitor may flash during the install and applications may act weirdly, this is nothing to worry about and is normal for updating the GPU drivers
To make sure it installed correctly afterwards you can do the following:
right click on desktop —> NVIDIA Control Panel —> System Information(bottom left of the window) in here you should see the version under “Driver version:”
So i did everything and the problem is still there😔
Hmm, it’s a very undiagnosed issue so it’s a bit hard to pinpoint what it could be, since you reinstalled the game and now also updated the GPU drivers then you may need to look into if it’s happening due to a third party software, your locale settings on the PC or maybe your internet could be causing it?
It may also be worth looking into if the DirectX version you are using is corrupted or outdated for the game
