Experience with SuitSupply MTM returns?
I emailed them asking what their policy was and they gave me a stock response which said that I could return a custom suit within 30 days if it was "in original condition, unworn and if the tags are still on the item."
Reading through reviews of their company. it seems like customer service is the biggest problem and I'm wondering if this extends into returns. Does anyone have experience doing something like this?
